Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction by monitoring food and beverage quality, presentation, and timing. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance; provide feedback and guidance as necessary. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Manage inventory, order supplies, and assist with budget control to ensure cost-effective operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Assist in the development and implementation of seasonal menus and promotions. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and teamwork. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas, bar, and storage.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory or management role. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Ability to handle guest complaints and difficult situations with professionalism and a positive attitude. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them.
