We are looking for a motivated Shift Leader with open availability to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, the most important of which is to lead our team in productivity and ensuring exceptional customer service.. Goals will be to hit monthly quotas focusing on sampling our product and upselling. Juice sampling is our greatest opportunity of growth and the right candidate can expect to be frequently sampling and leading the team by example. This opportunity requires being on your feet for the duration of your shift. Other job aspects include stocking shelves, receiving inventory, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness, among other duties. The ideal candidate will have a leadership mentality, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable and eager to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities for example food ordering, scheduling, and safety/sanitation overseeing. Shift Leads:

You consistently lead by example and do the right thing for the business You’re able to effectively run and lead a shift without the presence of a manager Make sure there is proper deployment, the team knows their station for the day, and breaks are given on your shift Ensure top-notch customer service and take care of any unsatisfied guest Master all store positions and be able to step into any station including prep Coach and motivate the team each and every shift you work Communicate performance issues to manager

SET AND ACHIEVE GOALS

You keep the team on track with hourly and daily goals You get creative with how to achieve goals when falling behind Follow-up on prep to ensure prep list is completed for the day Ensure the BOH is cleaned Help the manager train new hires, and re-train team members when necessary Able to responsibly open and close the store as trained You’re able to support the manager on everything it takes to run the store smoothly, especially with: people management scheduling cash management orders and inventory necessary store improvements Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 2+ years in a restaurant role with proven growth development and track record of increased sales Leadership experience Food handlers certificate Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment Interpersonal skills Knowledge of customer service techniques Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures Operational skills in a customer-service environment Strong problem-solving skills Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others Ability to plan and prioritize workload Having a managers food certificate such as Servsafe or equivalent a huge plus
