Summary As a Shift Leader at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift. Located in one of our vibrant venues, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing day-to-day activities and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions. Oversee the execution of food and beverage service during shifts. Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and events. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the venue to meet company standards. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or entertainment industry is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to train and motivate team members effectively. Familiarity with POS systems; Aloha POS experience is a plus.
