Hourly, Non-Exempt Only candidates that meet the below qualifications will be considered Job Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of Outlet Leader, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Assist Outlet Leaders with enforcing company guidelines and standards, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and managing meal breaks. Supervise and support front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff, providing guidance and leadership as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a positive work environment to enhance team morale and guest satisfaction. Stay informed on all current specials, promotions, and events across all outlets and the resort to support team awareness and guest engagement. Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate operational updates to the team in the absence of Outlet Leaders. Ensure proper execution of opening and closing procedures to maintain operational consistency. Plan and execute special events in the restaurant as directed by senior leadership. Regularly inspect the restaurant and kitchen areas to ensure food quality and service standards are consistently upheld. Manage inventory levels, including calculating par stock, ordering supplies, and coordinating deliveries. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all FOH and BOH areas in compliance with health and safety regulations, and state laws. Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by senior leadership. Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role; experience in a private resort or club setting is a plus. Flexible availability required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking and time-management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Physically capable of standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, as well as performing repetitive motions such as reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Compliance – ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
