Food & Beverage Supervisor (Breezes Restaurant & Bar) 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Kissimmee, FL 34747 This position will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of assigned F&B outlet(s). This position will also be overseeing the front and back of the house team members. Ensures a fun and attractive atmosphere is maintained so that guests and employees alike recognize the outlet as being the area restaurant of choice. Ensure operations run pursuant to property standards and all food is ordered, plated, delivered and rung up according to brand standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Supervise, motivate, and engage team members. Assisting with all training, scheduling, and directing of kitchen and service team members. Ensures food orders are placed correctly and in a timely manner. Ensure all cash handling procedures, processes and standards are adhered to at all times without exception. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, as well as a high quality of guest relations. Maintaining inventory and adhering to par levels.
