Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our F&B department. This role is key in ensuring excellent service standards, team coordination, and a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service (as applicable). Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered at all times. Train, guide, and motivate F&B staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism. Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and shift coverage as needed. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all F&B areas. Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Support the F&B Manager with administrative duties and reports.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality or F&B industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative software (e.g., MS Office). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Certification in food safety or hospitality management is an advantage.
