un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Full-Time Cook – Scratch Latin Kitchen (Leadership Role) (Delray Beach) Santanas compensation: salary employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Full Time Cook Santanas Kitchen & Cocktails is not your average Latin spot—we’re a boutique, family-run cafe making real food from scratch with heart, culture, and creativity. We’re looking for a full-time cook who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and wants more than just a line position. This role combines prep, line, and kitchen leadership in a setting that values integrity, organization, and respect—for the food, the space, the equipment and the team. ________________________________________

- You’re mature, calm under pressure, self-motivated, and can work mainly alone in a calm atmosphere

- You’re a great communicator—whether in English or Spanish.

- You know how to prep during slow periods and manage your own time.

Requirements:
- Food handler’s certification (valid/current)
- Experience in a scratch kitchen or a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and keep a clean, tight station while in service
- Knife skills and basic cooking technique required
- Comfort working with Latin ingredients, or excited to learn!
