Duties Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to food safety regulations. Oversee kitchen activities, including food preparation and presentation, to maintain quality standards. Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures. Handle cash management processes, including cash handling procedures and financial reporting. Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and enhance team performance. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support restaurant operations. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.
