The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, team leadership, and food service. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage both staff and kitchen operations effectively. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Train, mentor, and manage staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards. Oversee kitchen management, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control. Implement and maintain restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest experiences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing reservations, and processing payments efficiently.
