The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires effective management of kitchen staff, budgeting, and food handling practices to create a positive dining experience. Duties Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service during shifts. Manage daily operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining budgetary controls. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Train and mentor team members on best practices in hospitality management and customer service. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction levels. Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary. Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry, preferably in casual dining. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food handling practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience with budgeting and cost control measures in a kitchen environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
