Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Shift Supervisor at at Palm Beach Youth Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida. ✨ Situated close to the stunning beaches of Southeast Florida, Palm Beach Youth Academy provides a healing environment for at risk males. The academy offers evidence-based, mental health, and substance abuse services designed to support recovery and improve overall well-being. With its prime location and a focus on personalized treatment, Palm Beach Youth Academy combines professional expertise with the natural beauty of the area to promote lasting mental health and healing.

ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 (https://riteofpassage.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/ROP-benefits-perks-2024-v2.pdf) What you will do: As a Shift Supervisor, you are r esponsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director. Ensures ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements.
To be considered you should:
Bachelor’s degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services OR any equivalent combination numbers of years’ experience, education and/or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Military experience and training is acceptable. Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Dentition, Corrections, etc.) Related and/or equivalent experience may be substituted with approval. One (1) year supervisory experience. Current Staff in this position must have completed Tech 22 and ROP Essential Subjects Training in Operations, Treatment and Human Resources.
