Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage inventory and packaging operations to maintain efficiency in the kitchen. Implement training programs on food safety practices and proper use of kitchen equipment. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer service experience. Monitor kitchen operations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Skills Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment, with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with team members and customers alike. Proficiency in using kitchen tools, including knives and other food preparation equipment. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
