This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively train and develop staff while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Supervise and train staff, including kitchen personnel and front-of-house team members. Oversee food management practices, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop training programs to enhance staff skills in hospitality and food service. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in fine dining. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
