The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a fine dining environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively train and develop staff while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Supervise and train staff, including kitchen personnel and front-of-house team members. Oversee food management practices, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop training programs to enhance staff skills in hospitality and food service. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in fine dining. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a fast food restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food management practices, including safety standards and quality control. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
