Job Description Assist food and beverage outlet manager with the entire operation and financial aspect of the restaurant by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. As an F&B Supervisor, you will Supervise F&B outlets under F&B manager direction Train staff and lead regular meetings Ensure quality control, inventory accuracy, and stock rotation Maintain safety, sanitation, and security compliance Oversee service standards and guest satisfaction Manage schedules, budgets, and revenue forecasting Enforce company policies and disciplinary actions Monitor POS use, stock levels, and beverage controls Handle audits, invoices, and vendor relations Authorize comps/discounts within policy Support sales incentives and performance programs Ensure cleanliness, grooming standards, and staff attendance Assist during peak hours and address guest concerns Other duties may be assigned To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Have one year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
