Nightshift:

6:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Continental / Block Schedule)

Pay Rate:

$22/hr. + $1.00/hr. shift differential •Training will be on day shift.•E ssential

Duties:

Establishes priorities and directs loading workforce to satisfy customer demands. Plan and executes logistic needs with trucking firms to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments, while minimizing freight cost. Implements and enforces processes aimed to create a maximum inventory consistency and accuracy. Reviews and resolves operational problems to minimize cost and prevent operational delays. Demonstrates leadership to warehouse employees to ensure consistent quality of work. Maintains effective communication of expectations and goals throughout the Warehouse environment. Ensure compliance to all OHSA and environmental regulatory and corporate standards. Investigate and identify root causes of any non-compliance. Accountable for a safe working environment through the development of strategies focused on accident reduction as well as energy and waste minimization. Back up to Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED. Forklift Certification required Experience in Food/ Beverage Manufacturing preferred Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and Power Point Proven Leadership experience in a Production environment Strong team player Ability to analyze and solve problems, results oriented Able to work under deadline pressures Organized and detail oriented, adaptable to change Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods of time on concrete surface. Ability to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, climb and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed to successfully perform job duties. Successful completion of a post-offer drug screen and background check required.
