Cartersville Country Club is seeking a professional and service-focused Evening Bar Supervisor to oversee evening bar operations and provide a welcoming and refined experience for our members and their guests. This role requires a hands-on leader who is attentive to detail, enjoys working in an upscale environment, and takes pride in maintaining the high standards expected at a private country club.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the evening bar team, ensuring exceptional service and member satisfaction Create a warm, inviting atmosphere in line with the clubs hospitality standards Oversee drink preparation and ensure adherence to quality and presentation guidelines Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and lounge areas Assist the daytime bar staff with ordering, restocking, and waste control Handle member and guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Enforce club policies, including responsible alcohol service Manage end-of-shift procedures Support and train bar staff to ensure performance consistency and growth
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of bar or hospitality supervisory experience, preferably in a private club or upscale venue Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits Polished interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on member service Evening and weekend availability required Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory controls TIPS Certification in the state of Georgia required.
