Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift, providing excellent customer service, and leading the team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by all team members
- Train and mentor team members on company policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions and manage POS systems efficiently
- and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Coordinate catering orders and ensure timely delivery
- Assist in food production as needed
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in food handling and hospitality management
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Experience in restaurant management or hotel industry is beneficial
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
