The Marriott Savannah Riverfront is seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team. The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all F&B activities
Train and mentor staff members
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an F&B supervisor or similar role
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong communication abilities
Ability to work well under pressure
Knowledge of food and beverage operations
