stylish boutique hotel in Savannah’s historic district is seeking an experienced

Director of Outlets Qualifications :

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment.
• Proven success managing multiple outlets or high-volume F&B operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements :

• Lead and develop management and hourly teams through hands-on training, mentorship, and performance management.
• Create and maintain an engaging service culture that reflects the company’s brand focus on heartfelt hospitality.
• Manage outlet budgets, labor, and cost controls to ensure financial targets are achieved.

4+ years of F&B Management experience Must have hotel experience, preferably in upscale hotels Open to candidates ready to take the next step as a Director Will over see all F&B outlets and assist with banquets Want a positive attitude and someone willing to be creative with ideas for the property to flourish
