Our Savannah location needs a Front of House Supervisor who loves the art of service, thrives in a culture-first environment, and is ready to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our amazing General Manager to lead, inspire, and protect the guest experience. We serve decadent desserts with a side of connection, and every moment in our restaurant is crafted with intention. Key Responsibilities Support our General Manager with day-to-day operations and team leadership Elevate the guest experience by embodying our brand’s playful sophistication Be a real-time coach and culture champion during service Help manage FOH scheduling, training follow-through, and standards enforcement Cultivate a positive team environment rooted in respect, accountability, and heart Uphold brand integrity and maintain exceptional standards across every touch point Who You Are A hospitality professional with at least 1-2 years of restaurant leadership experience Someone who leads by example and believes every detail matters Confident in giving direction, holding team members accountable, and motivating with kindness Passionate about guest connection, team development, and living the brand Available Thursday thru Sunday from 4pm until close What We Offer $20-$24 per hour starting pay, depending on experience.
