Floor Manager Fin And Feathers Riverdale, GA 30274 Support the General Manager in monitoring all areas of restaurant operations to ensure safety, sanitation protocol, quality of food and customer service. Demonstrate the ability to make good judgments and quick decisions by developing initiatives to build/maintain sales and increase profitability Maintain outstanding restaurant execution and customer service throughout the restaurant – every shift. Communicate with Managers, Team Members, Guests, Vendors and Concept Personnel for various needs Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover. Scheduling and Floor Management. Address customer concerns when necessary
