What You’ll Do as a
Shift Leader:
Lead and Inspire
- Guide your team while upholding Grecian Gyro’s values, service standards, and vibrant culture. Engage with Guests
- Share your passion for our Greek cuisine, describe menu items, and accommodate dietary needs. Ensure Excellence
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality, accuracy, and presentation. Be Hands-On
- Assist with food prep, uphold hygiene standards, and keep the restaurant spotless. Deliver Results
- Take orders, manage the POS system, and ensure seamless operations during every shift. Support Team Growth
- Complete training certifications and lead by example.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; prior food service experience preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities; thrives in fast-paced environments.
Flexibility:
Available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Certifications:
Food Handler’s card and/or ServSafe certification required (or obtainable after hire).
