POSITION REPORTS TO
VP – Director of Operations
FUNCTIONS
The Operations Supervisor is responsible to oversee the operations of a group of restaurants. They must provide operational support and expertise, ensure adequate management staffing, and provide direction regarding sales and cost controls.
Specific responsibilities include:
RESPONSIBILTIES
Teaching, training and development of both management and hourly staff. Develop business plans to improve sales and cost management. Conduct regular walk-throughs of assigned restaurant locations to ensure compliance with Health code standards. Enforce and maintain policies and procedures. Handle customer complaints. Attend restaurant and corporate meetings. Be involved in employee terminations. Manage overtime costs to be/remain at $0 for assigned restaurant locations. Provide regular updates to VP – Director of Operations. Provide regular updates to CEO. Ensure quality products and quality service is delivered. Solve operational problems. Ensure proper and timely documentation and reports are delivered. Deliver/pickup paperwork, distribute pertinent information. Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND JOB SKILLS
MUST have QSR/Restaurant experience. Strong customer service skills and thorough knowledge of restaurant operation. Ability to perform and train in all positions in the restaurant. Ability to organize own workload and workload of others. Show strong leadership qualities and maintain respect of team members, supervisors, and customers.

EDUCATION
High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training and/or related subject preferred.
