This role is essential in ensuring that our front-of-house operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for guests. Train, develop, and mentor staff in service excellence, food safety practices, and operational procedures. Manage inventory control, ensuring adequate stock levels of food and beverage items while minimizing waste. Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food production and presentation. Utilize Aloha POS system for order management, tracking sales, and processing payments efficiently. Assist in budgeting processes by monitoring expenses related to front-of-house operations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Implement training programs for new hires focusing on service techniques and food safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry is preferred; assistant manager experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary operations. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Demonstrated ability in inventory control and budgeting processes related to food production. Passion for coffee or specialty beverages is an advantage. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
