We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Beverage Director to join our leadership team and bring our bar program to the next level.

Job Description:

As the Beverage Director, you’ll lead our bar operations and play a critical role in shaping the guest experience through innovative cocktails, a balanced beverage menu, and hands-on bartender training. You’ll work closely with our culinary and management team to ensure our drink offerings align with our brand and seasonal menus.

Responsibilities:

Design and manage the entire beverage program, including cocktail creation, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic offerings. Train, mentor, and inspire bartenders to deliver high-quality service and consistent execution. Oversee bar inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and training manuals for bar staff. Monitor industry trends to keep our offerings fresh, relevant, and exciting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Collaborate with marketing on promotional events, seasonal rollouts, and bar activations.

Requirements:

3+ years of bar leadership or beverage management experience. Proven ability to train and lead a team effectively. Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology. Strong organizational and communication skills. Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
