The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dining room operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of food management. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while managing staff effectively to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Duties Supervise and coordinate dining room staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Train and mentor team members in customer service excellence, food handling, and hospitality best practices. Oversee banquet operations, ensuring all events are executed smoothly and meet guest expectations. Monitor food presentation and quality to maintain high standards in the food industry. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and adherence to safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to health and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. Knowledge of food management practices, including safe food handling procedures. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Experience with banquet services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with coffee preparation and service is a plus.
