Director of Food and Beverage

Compensation:

$84,200 to $113,700 per year
The opportunity
Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is seeking a transformational leader to serve as the Director of Food Beverage for a flagship rebuild initiative at Truist Park in Atlanta. This is a newly created role for a visionary, hands-on leader ready to drive change, elevate excellence, and redefine the premium dining experience within a high-volume, high-expectation sports and entertainment environment. Guided by Patina’s uncompromising standards in premium service—elevated hospitality, detail-driven guest experiences, and culinary artistry—this leader will be responsible for crafting a culture of excellence and consistency from the ground up.
Pay
Minimum –

Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:

$84,200 – $113,700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. What will you do?
Roll out and implement operational standards to elevate service and quality
Act as a change agent, driving innovation and improvements across the restaurant
Lead the turnaround and rebuilding efforts, transforming underperforming areas into high-functioning operations
Set and communicate a clear vision for the restaurant’s future, aligning the team with overarching goals Establish accountability standards to ensure consistent performance and excellence
Monitor progress and hold team members accountable to achieve desired outcomes More about you
A minimum of five years of experience in hospitality management preferably at a director level
Familiar with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
Established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
Previous experience in large-scale hospitality or related industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred but not mandatory
