We’re building a top-notch team to reopen our Johns Creek location, and we’re looking for an Opening Shift Leader who thrives in the morning hustle. You’ll lead by example, prep the store, energize the team, and deliver an awesome guest experience—all before most people finish their coffee.
What You’ll Do:
Open the store and set the tone for the day Lead the team through morning prep and early lunch rush Greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate, friendly service Make subs with care and consistency Train and coach team members on the line Keep the store clean, safe, and fully stocked Monitor food quality, prep standards, and compliance Communicate clearly with the GM and help resolve issues quickly
What You Bring:
Must be 18+ with early morning availability Positive attitude and strong leadership presence Previous food service or retail supervisory experience preferred Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and time management skills Able to lift 40-50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Why Join Us?
