Position Description:

We need a Shift Leader to join ourrestaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all theduties performed by the Team Members, with additionalresponsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurantin the Restaurant General Manager’s and Assistant Manager’sabsence. This includes but is not limited to ensuring compliancewith company standards in all areas of operation including productpreparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurantmaintenance, team management and other duties as required orassigned.

Position Duties:

• Ensure your team provides outstandingservice & satisfied guests
• Train & coach the team
• Utilize GPSHospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, everyday
• Set an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledgeand high level of proficiency in restaurant operations
• Providecoaching and feedback to the team
• Supervise in accordance withGPS values, traits and behaviors
• Demonstrate strongproblem-solving skills
• Follow and enforce all cash policies;address and document any policy violations
• Any / all other dutiesas assigned by the Restaurant General Manager (RGM)

PositionRequirements:

• 0-2 year of supervisory experience in a restaurantor retail setting
• Excellent customer service skills
