Shift Leader Knuckies Hoagies 1133 Woodstock Road, Roswell, GA 30075 About us : Shift Lead Knuckies Hoagies is looking for an experienced Restaurant Shift Leader who can properly execute all aspects of our business. The right candidate will have the ability to train for a management position. You will prepare a high-quality hoagie menu and motivate your team to provide excellent guest service. Shift Leader responsibilities include assisting the Manager in maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will assist in ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and exceptional guest-service standards. To be successful in this role you will need prior leadership and line cook experience. You will perform and oversee food prep and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. We expect you to lead by example and motivate our team during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure smooth operations and an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Helping coordinate daily restaurant operations – openings & closings and preparing food Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction Cash handling Assisting in ordering & inventory Food Prep Respond efficiently and accurately to guest complaints Help organize and supervise shifts Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Assisting in coordinating and handling catering & events Skills Proven leadership experience in a restaurant Ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform guests and staff Familiarity with restaurant management software
