Food Handler Certification We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a shift, including supervising staff, delegating tasks, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for training new employees, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to ensure that all staff members are meeting the company’s standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Ensure that all shift goals are met. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance. Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
