At The Haven at Lake Oconee, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and quality service. As a Dining Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious and delicious meals in a friendly and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily dining operations to ensure smooth service. Coordinate meal planning and preparation with the culinary team. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. Collaborate with healthcare staff to accommodate dietary needs. Train and supervise dining staff, ensuring high standards of service. Address and resolve any dining-related concerns from residents or their families. Organize special dining events and activities for residents.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a dining or hospitality role, preferably within assisted living or memory care. Strong organizational and communication skills.
