We need a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. ShiftLeaders are trained to perform all the duties performed by the TeamMembers, with additional responsibility for directing the dailyoperations of a restaurant in the Restaurant General Manager’s andAssistant Manager’s absence. This includes but is not limited toensuring compliance with company standards in all areas ofoperation including product preparation and delivery, customerrelations, restaurant maintenance, team management and other dutiesas required or assigned.
Job Duties:
Ensure your team providesoutstanding service & satisfied guests Train & coach the teamUtilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant everyshift, every day Set an example by maintaining an excellent workingknowledge and high level of proficiency in restaurant operationsProvide coaching and feedback to the team Supervise in accordancewith GPS values, traits and behaviors Demonstrate strongproblem-solving skills Follow and enforce all cash policies;address and document any policy violations Any / all other dutiesas assigned by the Restaurant General Manager (RGM)
JobRequirements:
0-2 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant orretail setting Excellent customer service skills Must be able toperform under pressure in a high-volume setting Must be 18 yearsold and authorized to work in the
