As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth service, upholding food quality and safety standards, managing inventory, handling cash drawers, and creating a positive environment for both guests and team members. You’ll lead by example and help guide the team through the flow of service with energy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- communicating clearly and consistently with management & team members
- managing and maintaining inventory and pars
- preparing items to Sheesh standards
- delivering exceptional customer service to guests
- training new hires to enforce company standards & safe practices
Qualifications:
