What You’ll Do as a
Shift Leader:
Lead and Inspire
- Motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain Pressto!’s high standards. Ensure Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. Engage with Guests
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Support Food Prep
- Assist with cooking and assembling our signature menu items to perfection. Maintain Organization
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards. Collaborate for Success
- Work closely with management and team members to meet operational goals. Grow the Team
- Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility:
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Certifications:
Food Handler’s card and/or ServSafe certification required (or obtainable after hire).
