This leadership role involves driving business results, mentoring managers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand standards. Key Responsibilities —Lead and manage day to day operations across multiple restaurant locations —Develop and mentor restaurant mangers to achieve their operational and personal development goals.—Ensure adherence to company standards, including quality safety, and service excellence.—Analyze financial reports and implement profitability —Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and staff retention —Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance and provide hands -on support —Oversee staffing, training, and succession planning for all restaurants in your region —Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing initiatives and business strategies—Monitor regional KPI’s and corrective action to meet or exceed goals.
