Responsibilities:

Create & promote a culture of care and mindset of excellence in your team. Lead, hold accountable and celebrate with your Team in achieving goals related to overall Guest satisfaction, speed of service, order accuracy, food safety, food & labor costs, and morale. Engage, develop, & coach your Team to take initiative for their own growth, as well as enable and assist them to be the best version of themselves. Effectively communicate clear priorities and guidance as you and your Teammates face numerous competing priorities in a fast-paced, challenging, ever-changing environment. Display unwavering professionalism with Guests & Teammates as you showcase our business and the Chick-fil-A Brand to numerous Guests per day. Requirements:

At least 1 year of previous leadership experience is required along with measurable results, a heart for service, and extreme dependability. Previous coaching, customer service, project management, or production experience is preferred. Previous restaurant experience is NOT required. In this position, you must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and holidays. You will be expected to be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time. REQUIREMENTS
