The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary and leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves overseeing daily kitchen activities, managing staff, routing delivery’s and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety for a small delivery operation. Upward growth available in short time for dedicated tea members. Duties Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Hands on cooking and assembling food. Managing the kitchen during production time Train and develop staff in kitchen management practices, food handling techniques, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain optimal stock. Manage daily delivers Coordinate catering services , ensuring timely delivery and presentation of food items. Foster a positive team environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff members. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with company standards. Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Have a passion for food and the small details Requirements Proven experience in food service management or a similar supervisory role within the food industry. Strong skills in staff training, team management, and training development. Strong knowledge of bulk cooking Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is necessary. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
