Essential duties include:
Prepare or direct preparation of food Maintain safe, clean and sanitized work area Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed Receive and stock food service inventory Managing and scheduling kitchen staff Weekly supply orders for kitchen Monthly test tray audits
Qualifications :
Certified Dietary Manager preferred Minimum of 3 years cooking experience Minimum of 1 year food service supervisory experience in a hospital or extended care facility Knowledge of nutrition, food preparation, and infection control Exceptional People providing Exceptional Care.
