The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food production and service, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage daily operations of the kitchen and service areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and train staff on food production techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies. Assist in budgeting and inventory management to optimize resources and reduce waste. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional development within the food service industry. Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry is preferred. Strong background in kitchen operations, food production, and cash handling practices. Proven ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Experience in training development for new employees is highly desirable. Familiarity with budgeting processes and inventory management will be an advantage.
