year Leadership Restaurant experience Communication skills Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated FOH Supervisor to join our Drago’s Restaurant family. Job description In this role, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve required objectives in sales, food costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation
• Supervise Front of House and Back of House policies, procedures, and standards
• Supervise kitchen and dining room operations to ensure a positive guest experience
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory management.
• Manage and develop employees with a positive attitude
• Provide a fun and positive atmosphere for all employees and customers
• Maintain proper health code & sanitation requirements, along with alcohol awareness standards throughout the restaurant to ensure an above satisfactory preparation and serving environment
• Assist in administrative duties as assigned by the General Manager and Executive Management team, including, but not limited to: scheduling, disciplinary action, coaching & counseling, training, and other duties as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred Must have prior front of house and back of house experience in a full-service restaurant Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods of time Strong leadership skills Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards Must be a professional and effective communicator Handle potentially stressful situations with guests and team members Creative and independent problem solver Ability to read, write and speak the English language Along with significant earnings and growth potential, we offer major medical, dental, & vision insurance, and paid vacations.

Schedule:

8-12 hour shifts Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift
