Floor Manager Crazy Johnnie’s 3560 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, Metairie, LA 70002 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations in our casual dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality. As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests while managing staff and maintaining high standards of service. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in food service management and hospitality. Manage the Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and payment handling. Oversee food handling practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate catering events and manage bartending services as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or casual dining industry. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Strong background in training development, food handling, and food service management. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Experience in bartending or catering is a plus.
