We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in our casual dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and possess excellent leadership skills. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining food safety standards while fostering a positive work environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant during your shift. Lead and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service and uphold company standards. Assist with training new employees on food management practices, kitchen management, and customer service protocols. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Utilize Aloha POS system for processing transactions and managing orders efficiently.
