Responsibilities:
Night and weekend shift leader needed
MUST HAVE SHIFT LEADER EXPERIENCE
Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times Complete all necessary paperwork required Taking timely inventory and possess computer skills Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift Communicate effectively with the Guests, and fellow Team Members Must have knowledge of filling out and completing check lists . Achieve goals that are set and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail Must have the ability to suggestively sell Must be punctual Must be available to work various shifts per week including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary
Requirements:
Shift Leader experience in fast food for minimum 1 year .
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 2 TO CLOSE SHIFTS AND ON WEEKENDS.
Organized, motivated and able to delegate Excellent customer service skills Drive Thru experience Computer skills Expected to stand approximately 8 hours per day, lift products of < 55lbs in weight, stoop and bend. Employee must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens. Background check required upon employment. We are looking for applicants that want to grow with us!
