Job Details:

Location:

4302 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy Suite 100, Lafayette, LA 70508 Pay range: up to $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time position with required flexibility, including: Early mornings, , Late evenings, Weekends.

Holidays Compensation and benefits:

Tips up to $2.00 per hour. Performance bonus up to $1.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Financial and inventory management Crew assignment, training, and motivation of the team during your shift Customer relationship management Full accountability for how the shift runs under your watch Leading and motivating people to achieve team goals Working at a fast pace in a team-based environment Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum age: 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of previous leadership experience 1-2 years of experience in the food service business ServeSafe Certification a plus Ability to work at a fast pace and lead a team Energy and stamina to work in a team-based environment Love for great food and great music
