Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member. Train and support newer crew members in their roles. Maintain inventory control standards. Ensure adherence to store policies by all staff. Manage and motivate crew members. Resolve customer issues efficiently and positively. Promote the Wingstop brand and uphold operating requirements. Enforce uniform and jewelry policies. Ensure a positive Wingstop experience for every guest. Maintain cash control and cleanliness standards. Become proficient in ordering and inventory standards. Utilize the NBO system and WingYou training systems
