FOH Manager Lula Restaurant Distillery 1532 Saint Charles Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70130 Job Summary The Front of House Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, overseeing all front-of-house activities. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage staff, enhance customer experiences, and maintain high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties Managing nightly service and leading the FOH team Scheduling FOH staff and ensuring proper coverage Ordering and inventory control of alcohol, beer, wine, bar supplies, and paper goods Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Supporting team training and development Communicating effectively with BOH and MODs to ensure smooth operations Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role Strong knowledge of beverage ordering and inventory systems Excellent organizational and communication skills Proven ability to work well with others and lead a team Must be dependable, professional, and hospitality-focused If you’re a natural leader with a love for great food, great drinks, and great service, we’d love to hear from you.
