The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring food safety standards are met while creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Supervise and lead team members during shifts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory control, and customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Train and mentor new employees on operational procedures, food service management, and customer interaction. Conduct interviews for potential hires and participate in the recruitment process to build a strong team. Assist in menu planning and execution of culinary offerings, including banquet services when applicable. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
