You’ll be trained in the Jersey Mike’s system as we coach you into the position of Shift Leader. Eventually, you’ll train others. You’ll join our Leadership Team and play a big role in ensuring the store is always customer-ready and that the crew is performing well and having fun. You’ll learn every aspect of the business and you’ll master all positions. A positive attitude and a friendly personality are keys to success here. Food service experience is not required, but helpful.
