Brandon Residential Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable First Shift Supervisor to help lead our dedicated team in supporting boys and young men within a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment. As a First Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality care, development, and a positive, therapeutic atmosphere for youth.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day programming for youth, ensuring structure and safety during school hours. Collaborate with case managers and educators to support school attendance and educational plans. Maintain staffing schedules, meet required ratios, and provide coverage when needed. Support crisis response, student supervision, and behavior intervention as needed. Foster positive, trauma-informed relationships with youth and support skill-building in daily life tasks. Promote family engagement and support community connections for youth. Transport youth and assist with daily routines including meals, hygiene, chores, and activities. Actively participate in meetings, training, and treatment planning. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with all agency policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years experience working in human services/mental health field required with supervisory experience preferred. Must have a valid ID and

background check. Able to participate in physical interventions. MAP certified a plus.

Monday – Friday 7am-3pm
